NOTES:
- All payments must be in Canadian funds and must be submitted at the same time as the registration form.
- Acceptable methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard or a cheque made payable to the SOGC.
- Registration fees include admission to the scientific program, syllabi, exhibits, coffee breaks, continental breakfasts and luncheons where applicable. Your fee also includes the Opening Reception and the Awards Ceremony Reception.
- Everyone who participates in the Annual Clinical Meeting must register. This applies to participants, speakers, abstract presenters, sponsors and exhibitors. Please note that most sessions have limited registration, so register early to secure your selection.
Confirmation of registration
A confirmation letter will be sent to you after your registration fee is received.

Your official receipt will be sent by email after the event.
Cancellation & refund policies
The entire registration fee will be refunded if a written notice of cancellation is received on or before Friday, May 18, 2012. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received between May 18 and June 8. No refunds will be granted on or after Saturday, June 9, 2012.
Social Program: The entire fee will be refunded if a written notice of cancellation is received on or before Friday, May 18, 2012. No refund will be granted as of Saturday, May 19, 2012.
